近日，记者从裁判文书网获悉，上海徐汇法院审理一起纠纷：公公出钱给小两口买房，之后小两口闹离婚，公公将儿子儿媳一起告上法庭，欲拿回购房款。公公老唐要求儿子和儿媳共同偿还650万购房款及利息，法院经审理驳回其全部诉讼请求。
