北京商报讯（记者 孔文燮）2月11日，欢乐家发布公告称，近日控股股东广东豪兴投资有限公司（以下简称"豪兴投资"）将所持有本公司的部分股份办理了解除质押业务和质押业务。截至本公告日，豪兴投资累计质押股数约为1.56亿股，占其所持股份比例为69.38%。
