2月11日，华能国际（600011/00902）发布公告，副总经理、董事会秘书黄朝全因年龄原因，申请辞职。辞职后，将担任公司秘书及授权代表。
同时，公司于2026年2月11日召开董事会会议，同意聘任文明刚为董事会秘书。
2025年前三季度，华能国际实现收入1729.75亿元，归母净利润148.41亿元。
