隐患描述：屋内电缆与管道间距不符合规定
排查依据：《GB 50054-2011 低压配电设计规范》
7.6.10 在屋内架空明敷的电缆与热力管道的净距，平行时不应小于1m；交叉时不应小于0.5m；当净距不能满足要求时，应采取隔热措施。电缆与非热力管道的净距，不应小于0.15m；当净距不能满足要求时，应在与管道接近的电缆段上，以及由该段两端向外延伸大于等于0.5m以内的电缆段上，采取防止电缆受机械损伤的措施。在有腐蚀性介质的房屋内明敷的电缆，宜采用塑料护套电缆
