2月11日，衢州东峰（601515）发布公告，计划以自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于5000万元且不超过1亿元，回购价格上限为6.48元/股，回购股份将用于员工持股计划或股权激励。
2025年前三季度，衢州东峰实现收入9.16亿元，归母净利润-9550万元。
