2月11日，国脉科技（002093）发布公告，董事会秘书张文斌因个人原因辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
同时，公司于2026年2月11日召开董事会，聘任程伟熙为新的董事会秘书，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至本届董事会任期届满。
2025年前三季度，国脉科技实现收入3.82亿元，归母净利润1.96亿元。
