2月11日，财达证券（600906）发布公告，公司决定注销全资子公司财达鑫瑞投资有限公司。
公告指出，财达鑫瑞投资2025年前三季度营业收入-119万元，净亏损247万元。公司表示，基于公司未来发展规划，为统筹优化业务结构，提高公司整体管理效率，公司决定注销该子公司。
