2月10日，河南开封的马先生刚出门，突遭邻居未拴绳的马犬扑咬。他反应迅速，连踢两脚将犬只逼退，并立即提醒邻居严加看管，避免老人、小孩遭遇危险。所幸马先生未受伤。
