日前，佛山市自然资源局发布了《佛山市城市地价动态监测项目 2025 年第四季度成果公布稿》。
公布显示，2025年4季度，除了工业止跌回稳外，佛山的商服、住宅和综合用地呈现下跌态势，其中商服跌幅最大，达1.38%。而佛山市住宅地价和综合地价则是自2024年一季度以来，已经整体呈现7连跌态势。
