2月10日，江淮汽车披露定增发行情况报告书，公司向姚志超、葛卫东等8名投资者合计发行了7016.84万股股份，发行价格为49.88元/股，募集资金总额为约35亿元。其中，私募大佬葛卫东耗资约10亿元认购了2004.81万股。同时，超级牛散章建平的妻子方文艳也出资10亿元认购了2004.81万股股份。2025年，章建平因投资寒武纪名声大噪。
