据香港电台2月11日报道，港铁表示，由于有物件阻碍路轨，港岛线湾仔站附近列车服务暂停。
港铁人员将会进行紧急检查及跟进工作，呼吁乘客为行程预留充裕时间，及考虑使用其他替代路线。
