据《财富》报道，LayerZero 宣布提出一条名为 Zero 的新公链，试图解决华尔街在采用区块链过程中面临的可扩展性与隐私问题，声称可实现每秒约 200 万笔交易、单笔成本低于 1 美分。同时，Citadel、Intercontinental Exchange 以及 Ark Invest 创始人 Cathie Wood 等机构或个人将以投资者、合作方或顾问身份参与，其中 Citadel 通过代币形式投资但未披露金额，Tether 与 Ark 也宣布参与。
