2月10日，华绿生物（300970）发布公告，聘任钱韬为公司副总经理，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第五届董事会任期届满。
此次聘任是基于公司经营需要，并经过公司总经理提名及董事会提名委员会审核，符合相关法律法规及公司章程的要求。
2025年前三季度，华绿生物实现收入8.68亿元，归母净利润1633万元。
