2月10日，中国建筑发布2026年1月经营情况简报。
2026年1月，中国建筑实现新签合同总额为3995亿元，同比增长1.8%。其中，地产业务方面实现合约销售额为157亿元，同比增长6.9%；合约销售面积为52万平方米，同比下降18.7%。
截至1月份末，中国建筑土地储备为6773万平方米，未有新购置土地储备。
