2月10日，索菱股份（002766）发布公告，公司拟计提资产减值准备1910万元，计入的报告期间为2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日。
此次计提的减值准备主要包括信用减值损失85万元（其中应收账款坏账准备36万元，其他应收款坏账准备49万元）、无形资产减值准备1620万元和存货跌价准备205万元。
此次计提预计将减少公司2025年度利润总额1910万元，减少归母净利润1891万元。
2025年前三季度，索菱股份实现收入6.25亿元，归母净利润16万元。
