近日，华润医药发布公告称，公司全资附属公司华润医药投资有限公司及其附属公司拟通过公开挂牌方式，出售合肥天麦生物科技发展有限公司约17.87%股权，挂牌底价约14.2亿元。截至本公告日，华润医药投资及其附属公司持有天麦生物科技少于30%股权。
