【中科曙光：拟发行可转债募资不超80亿元 用于面向人工智能的先进算力集群系统项目等】财联社2月9日电，中科曙光(603019.SH)公告称，本次向不特定对象发行可转债拟募集资金总额不超过人民币80亿元（含本数），募集资金总额扣除发行费用后用于面向人工智能的先进算力集群系统项目、下一代高性能AI训推一体机项目和国产化先进存储系统项目。
