2月9日，高伟达（300465）发布公告，公司计划以自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购公司股份，回购金额不低于3000万元且不超过3500万元，回购价格上限为30.64元/股，预计回购98万股至114万股，占公司总股本的0.22%至0.26%，回购期限为自股东会审议通过方案之日起不超过12个月，回购股份将用于注销并减少公司注册资本。
2025年前三季度，高伟达实现收入7.30亿元，归母净利润2135万元。
