康盛股份（002418）发布公告，公司于2026年2月9日召开董事会，决定向中国工商银行股份有限公司淳安支行申请不超过1.5亿元的授信额度。为满足银行授信要求，公司需将部分自有房产及土地抵押给银行，合计最高抵押金额也为不超过1.5亿元。
2025年前三季度，康盛股份实现收入19.34亿元，归母净利润1383万元。
