2月9日，埃夫特（688165）发布公告，公司拟通过发行股份及支付现金的方式购买上海盛普流体设备股份有限公司100%股份。经公司向上海证券交易所申请，公司股票将于2026年2月10日复牌。
2025年前三季度，埃夫特实现收入7.02亿元，归母净利润-2.00亿元。
