新京报贝壳财经讯 2月9日，海南矿业公告称，公司正在筹划通过发行股份及支付现金的方式收购丰瑞氟业69.90%股权，并拟向不超过35名特定投资者发行股份募集配套资金。本次交易后，上市公司将拓展萤石矿业务板块，在公司现有资源品种基础上，丰富优质战略性矿产类型。公司股票于2026年2月10日开市起复牌。
