2月9日，建发股份（600153）发布公告，公司下属全资子公司建发生活资材拟出资1800万元认购由承启投资发起的张家港启承和光股权投资基金份额。
此次投资的方向为在中国设立或运营的消费行业企业，预计基金规模为5亿元。公司表示，该投资有助于加强公司生态圈建设和业务发展。
2025年前三季度，建发股份实现收入4989.83亿元，归母净利润11.49亿元。
