人民财讯2月9日电，中闽能源(600163)2月9日公告，公司拟以现金方式收购控股股东福建省投资开发集团有限责任公司持有的福建永泰闽投抽水蓄能有限公司（简称“闽投抽水蓄能”）51%股权，本次交易价格以资产评估报告的评估结果为定价依据，交易对价为8.64亿元。
