人民财讯2月9日电，2月9日，分析机构Counterpoint最新分析，2025年第四季度，传统DRAM利润率达到60%区间，首次超过HBM；预计2026年第一季度，厂商营业利润率将触及历史峰值，同时实现创纪录的盈利水平。截至2026年第一季度目前，内存价格已暴涨80%-90%，其中DRAM、NAND及HBM均创下历史新高。
