受琼州海峡寒潮大风影响，海口新海港、铁路南港和秀英港船舶发班效率受限，截至9日10时，“三港”待渡货车已达1400辆，预计仍需应急疏运至9日晚上，建议出岛货车9日20时后再分批前往港口。
为避免货车排队时间过长，请海南各市县计划出岛货车就近在当地等待，暂缓前往海口聚集。已到海口的货车请暂缓进入“二线口岸”货车查验场。
