兰州市气象台2月9日10时16分发布大风蓝色预警信号：预计今天午后至夜间，兰州皋兰北部、榆中中北部、永登北部及兰州新区有5~6级偏北风，阵风可达7级以上；城关、七里河、安宁、西固及红古有4~5级偏北风，阵风6~7级，并伴有浮尘或扬沙，请注意防范!
