2月9日，日韩股市集体高开，截至8:30，日经225指数大涨逾5%，盘中多次创历史新高。软银集团股价涨幅最高达8.5%，创1月28日以来最大涨幅，截至发稿涨超7%。丰田汽车涨超3%，三菱重工涨超4%，日立涨近6%。
韩国KOSPI指数涨3.8%，报5286.6点。三星电子、SK海力士均涨超5%。
