“他还是个孩子”再也不是挡箭牌了！2月7日，天津警方通报：李明（化名，案发时15周岁）伙同张军（化名，案发时17周岁，已刑事拘留）从外省窜至我市某区，撬砸10余辆豪华汽车玻璃，以破坏性手段实施盗窃，窃得项链、现金等贵重财物。办案单位对李明作出行政拘留9日的行政处罚决定。
