2月1日，宿迁市泗洪县瑶沟乡一空心挂面厂内，工人在忙着晾晒面条，保障春节市场供应。空心挂面是当地特色非遗项目，通过和面、醒面、盘条、拉丝、上架等20多道工艺，最后制成空心挂面，口感柔韧爽滑，是当地名特优农产品。陈玉 摄
