铁路南京站2月7日发文致歉：2月7日13时06分许，因京沪线林场-南京间下行线设备故障，途经该区段的部分旅客列车晚点。铁路部门及时启动应急预案组织抢修，故障已于14时38分处置完毕，列车运行秩序逐步恢复。
