2026年2月7日，海南航空官网发布公告称，2026年2月6日，海南航空HU492（布鲁塞尔-北京）航班因机械故障原因返航，机组严格按照程序处置，航班已于北京时间当日21:17安全降落在布鲁塞尔机场。公司将妥善做好旅客服务保障工作，确保旅客安全抵达目的地。由此给各位旅客造成的不便，公司深表歉意。
