北京商报讯（记者 胡永新）2月6日，北京商报记者了解到，香港交易所披露的信息显示，中国平安于2月2日以每股均价约33.26港元增持中国人寿H股约1089.5万股，交易涉及总金额约3.62亿港元。增持后持股数约为7.53亿股，持股比例升至10.12%，触发举牌。
