格隆汇2月6日丨特步国际(01368.HK)宣布，交易经办人协议所载同步购回的所有先决条件已获达成，而同步购回已于2026年2月6日完成。本金总额为5亿港元的2025年可换股债券已获购回(「购回债券」)，占2025年可换股债券的初始本金额100%。公司已促使香港上海滙丰银行有限公司(作为2025年可换股债券的受托人)安排注销购回债券。
