2月6日，金帝股份（603270）发布公告，公司拟投资设立子公司博源（广州）智能驱动有限公司，注册资本为5000万元，公司以货币方式出资，持股比例100%。
此次投资旨在基于公司战略布局及未来发展规划，并计划在适当时机吸收合并广州优尼精密有限公司。
2025年前三季度，金帝股份实现收入13.72亿元，归母净利润1.09亿元。
