北京时间2月6日，据中升梭鱼湾足球场官方账号的消息，本赛季东北超大连队主场落户梭鱼湾，6月20日首个主场战延边队。
本赛季东北超分为常规赛与淘汰赛两个阶段，常规赛将从5月23日持续至8月15日，淘汰赛则是在9月5日至10月1日展开。
大连队开赛两连客，5月23日客战呼和浩特队，6月6日客战通辽队，6月20日迎来主场首战，对阵延边队，另外两个主场的时间为7月18日和8月15日。
