科技边角料获悉梦马智能（杭州）有限公司日前发生工商变更，原股东北京百度网讯科技有限公司、杭州西湖科技创业投资合伙企业退出，公司法定代表人彭康伟成为全资股东。
天眼查App显示，2023年，彭康伟从腾讯离职，成立二次元AI互动平台梦马智能，注册资本108.3334万元。
