国轩高科2月5日公告，拟向不超过35名特定对象发行不超过2.72亿股A股股票，募集资金总额不超过50亿元。扣除发行费用后的募集资金净额将用于年产20GWh动力电池项目、国轩高科20GWh新能源电池基地项目、新型锂离子电池（20GWh）智造基地项目及补充流动资金。
