《科创板日报》5日讯，Counterpoint表示，2026年第一季度内存价格环比上涨80%-90%，创下前所未有的历史新高。此次价格上涨的主要驱动因素是通用服务器DRAM价格的急剧上涨。此外，第四季度相对平静的NAND闪存价格在第一季度也出现了80%-90%的同步增长。再加上部分HBM3e产品价格的上涨，整个市场呈现出全面上涨的态势。
