品玩2月5日讯， 据Siliconangle 报道，AI推理芯片初创公司Positron AI近日宣布完成2.3亿美元超额认购的B轮融资，投后估值达10亿美元。本轮融资由Arena Private Wealth、Jump Trading和Unless共同领投，卡塔尔投资局、Arm、Helena等新投资者及Valor Equity Partners等原有股东参投。
公司CEO Mitesh Agrawal表示，其自研芯片Asimov将于2027年初量产，单设备配备2,304GB内存，远超Nvidia Rubin GPU的384GB，旨在解决AI推理中日益突出的内存瓶颈。Asimov聚焦能效与每瓦性能，在视频、高频交易及万亿参数模型等场景具显著优势。
Positron强调其全美制造的Atlas系统已服务多个前沿客户，并正与Arm、Super Micro等构建软硬件生态，以降低大规模AI部署的能耗与成本。
