2026江苏省城市足球联赛常规赛赛历出炉，本年度苏超在4月11日打响，9月19日结束常规赛最后一轮争夺。
根据赛程日历，苏超常规赛的比赛周将比去年拉长，变为22周，覆盖6个月的时间。
