“青海政务”消息，青海省人民政府任命：冯天玺为青海省公安厅副厅长。
冯天玺出生于1976年，曾任青海省委组织部干部四处（企业干部办公室）处长（主任），果洛州委常委、组织部部长。
2024年4月，冯天玺调任青海省公安厅党委委员、政治部主任，至本次任青海省公安厅副厅长。
