2月4日，在松下控股举行的第三财季（2025年10-12月）财报发布会上，松下控股宣布，作为结构性改革的一部分，公司决定将在日本及海外裁员规模从1万人提升至1.2万人，未来仍将坚持AI战略方向。
2025年4月至12月，松下控股销售额同比下降8%至5.8837万亿日元，净利润同比减少57%至1252亿日元。
