上证报中国证券网讯（记者 骆民）银邦股份公告，公司于2026年2月3日收到HOLTEC ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED（以下简称“Holtec公司”）《销售订单》，公司将根据Holtec公司的实际经营计划，向其供应铝钢复合材料和铝铝复合材料产品，订单金额（不含税）预计约2.8亿元人民币（以近期铝锭价、美元汇率为参考），订单履行期限为2年。
