人民财讯2月4日电，视觉中国(000681)2月4日公告，公司全资子公司视觉香港拟签署由Wonderland International AssetManagement Limited管理的Wonder Fund 3 OFC及其子基金Wonder Sub-Fund A（简称“标的基金”）的认购协议，视觉香港拟出资170万美元认购标的基金56.67%的基金份额。公司投资该标的基金，旨在通过专业化、市场化的基金运作方式，布局大模型等前沿人工智能技术领域。
