2月4日，新泉股份（603179）发布公告，拟通过全资子公司新加坡新泉在马来西亚投资设立马来西亚新泉汽车零部件有限公司，投资金额为4200万美元。
此次投资是基于公司的发展及战略规划，投资将由公司以自筹资金出资，且新加坡新泉将持有该子公司100%股权。
2025年前三季度，新泉股份实现收入114.13亿元，归母净利润6.23亿元。
