上海医药(601607)2月4日公告，公司拟通过产权交易所以公开挂牌方式转让所持参股子公司中美上海施贵宝制药有限公司（简称“中美施贵宝”）30%股权，挂牌转让价格不低于10.23亿元。
另外，公司下属常州制药厂有限公司的西格列汀二甲双胍缓释片收到国家药监局颁发的《药品注册证书》，该药品获得批准生产。
