智通财经APP讯，中信银行(601998.SH)发布公告，公司拟使用自有资金向全资子公司中信金融租赁有限公司(简称中信金租)现金增资人民币20亿元。本次增资完成后，中信金租注册资本将由人民币100亿元增加至120亿元，公司仍持有中信金租100%股权。
