当地时间2月1日，美国甲骨文公司宣布，将在今年募集至多500亿美元资金，用于扩建云基础设施。据报道，由于市场对甲骨文公司的募资能力担忧加剧，多家美国银行已明确停止向其人工智能数据中心项目提供贷款，为缓解融资困境，甲骨文公司计划裁员2万至3万人，此举预计将释放80亿至100亿美元的现金流。不仅如此，甲骨文还在考虑出售部分业务。
