财联社2月3日电，乌克兰哈尔科夫市市长捷列霍夫表示，哈尔科夫市已启动应急响应机制。据称，哈尔科夫市及其所在的哈尔科夫州当天遭到俄军大规模袭击。哈尔科夫第5热电厂以及多处变电站遭到严重损坏，929个设施的供暖被切断，其中853个为住宅楼，近10.5万名用户面临停暖问题。 (央视新闻)
