2月3日，西上海（605151）发布公告，上海汇嘉创业投资有限公司拟自2026 年3月6日至2026年6月5日期间，以集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份不超过公司总股本的1%，即不超过135万股。
截至本公告披露日，汇嘉创投持有公司股份1447万股，占公司总股本的10.75%。
2025年前三季度，西上海实现收入12.87亿元，归母净利润86万元。
